Financial Benefits & Fellowship Perks Annual Stipend: HK$344,800 (approx. US$44,150) per year for up to three years. Travel Allowance: HK$14,400 (approx. US$1,840) annually for conference and research-related travel for up to three years. Extended Funding: For candidates requiring more than three years to complete their PhD, participating universities may provide additional financial support. Admission: Seeking admission as a new full-time PhD student at one of the eight HKPFS partner universities. Selection Criteria: Outstanding academic performance, strong research capability/potential, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
