Internship Overview ICCASA invites applications from recent graduates for its structured one-year internship programme based in Pretoria East. This opportunity is designed to support early-career professionals by offering practical workplace exposure, guided mentorship, and career development support. The internship aims to equip graduates with essential skills that enhance employability while introducing them to professional standards within their field. The programme runs for a fixed 12-month period and provides interns with hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment. As an in-person role, interns are required to work on site from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00. A monthly stipend of R8,000.00 is provided to support living expenses during the internship period. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria: Be a South African citizen Hold a completed bachelor’s degree in administration, commerce, human resources or a closely related field Be currently unemployed Have reliable transport for daily commuting Possess a valid driver’s licence This internship is advertised as non-AA/EE, meaning that it is open to all suitably qualified applicants regardless of demographic profile.
