In response to the growing urgency of the climate crisis, the 2026 edition places a dedicated emphasis on climate leadership. Delivered in partnership with YES Foundation and Samagata, this initiative is designed to equip civil society changemakers with the confidence, mindset, and skills required to influence policy, transform industries, and drive meaningful community action. The programme creates a platform for leaders to deepen their impact while navigating the evolving climate landscape in India. Programme Overview The ILACL programme is structured as an immersive learning journey that blends personal leadership development with practical application. Participants engage in real-time learning experiences that challenge perspectives and encourage collaboration beyond traditional boundaries.
