The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting institutional visibility, managing communication strategies, overseeing digital platforms, and strengthening information technology systems that support the institute’s research, training, and policy engagement activities. The position is suited to professionals with experience in communications management, information technology, digital strategy, and organizational communications. Institutional Development Manager The Institute is also recruiting an Institutional Development Manager to support organizational growth and long-term institutional strengthening. The role is expected to focus on improving organizational systems, strengthening partnerships, supporting strategic planning, and enhancing institutional effectiveness to advance IPSS’s mission across Africa. Applicants should possess strong experience in institutional development, organizational management, partnership building, and strategic planning. Training Coordinator IPSS is inviting applications for the position of Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will coordinate professional training programmes, support learning activities, manage training logistics, and contribute to the institute’s capacity-building initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in programme coordination, adult learning, training management, or educational programme administration. Junior Researcher Early-career professionals interested in peace and security research are encouraged to apply for the Junior Researcher position.
