These opportunities span programme management, mental health and psychosocial support, supply chain, health, case management, monitoring and evaluation, and community engagement. The roles are designed for individuals with strong expertise in migration, humanitarian action, public health, social sciences, programme delivery, and technical support functions. Key Vacancies Programme Officer (P) – Cotonou, Benin The Programme Officer will oversee and coordinate programme activities within the Benin Country Office. The role requires experience in programme management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and implementation of migration-related initiatives. Consultancy: Training on Preventing & Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE) – Abuja, Nigeria & One Additional Location A consultant is sought to conduct two specialised trainings on PCVE, focusing on the conflict dynamics in Northwest Nigeria, specifically Katsina and Zamfara States. Expertise in DDRR, conflict analysis, and training delivery is required. Senior Case Management Associate – Dublin, Ireland This role supports case management activities within IOM Ireland’s programmes, including resettlement, family reunification, protection, and integration initiatives. Strong experience in migrant casework, referrals, and coordination is essential. Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Roles – Dublin, Ireland IOM Ireland is recruiting across several MHPSS-focused positions: MHPSS Senior Community Engagement Associate MHPSS Infoline Assistant MHPSS Project Associate (Physical Activities) Senior MHPSS Associate MHPSS Senior Mental Health Nurse MHPSS Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Associate MHPSS Senior Cultural Mediation Associate These positions support IOM’s Mental Health and Psychosocial Support services for migrants, beneficiaries of temporary protection, refugees, and displaced persons. Required backgrounds include psychology, social work, nursing, counselling, community engagement, M&E, or cultural mediation. Additional Opportunities Globally Supply Chain Assistant – Bangkok, Thailand Responsible for supporting logistics, procurement, and supply chain functions. Requires experience in administrative and logistics support roles. Migration Health Physician – Ghana A senior medical role providing health assessments and related services within migration health programmes. Requires a medical degree, clinical licensure, and experience in public or migration health. Employability Facilitator – Athens, Greece Supports the HELIOS+ project on labour market integration of third-country nationals. Requires experience in employment facilitation, adult education, or livelihood programming. National Finance Officer – Lilongwe, Malawi Handles financial management, budget oversight, compliance, and reporting. Requires professional finance or accounting qualifications. Supply Chain Associate – Lilongwe, Malawi Supports supply chain processes, procurement, vendor management, and logistics operations. Intern (Health Information and Program Engagement) – Surabaya, Indonesia An internship supporting IOM Indonesia’s health and programme engagement activities. Suitable for candidates building experience in public health, programme support, or data management. National Programme Officer – Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia The officer will support community resilience initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of community-based projects related to food security, WASH, and emergency shelter. Operations Roles – United Kingdom IOM UK is recruiting for multiple operations positions involved in resettlement, travel coordination, case registration, and reporting: Operations Associate – Case Registration, Accommodation and Medicals (3 positions) Senior Movement Operations Associate (2 positions) Senior Reporting Associate (2 positions) These roles require strong organisational, operational, and reporting skills within humanitarian travel or resettlement support programmes.
