Their vision is a society where every individual—regardless of background—can enjoy optimal mental health, free from stigma, discrimination, or barriers to quality care. 2026 Essay Theme: “Mental Health and Career Adaptability in a Dynamic Work Environment.”Eligibility Requirements To qualify for the 2026 Asido Foundation Essay Competition, applicants must: Be an undergraduate student in any tertiary institution in Nigeria Provide valid evidence of studentship Sign the Asido Foundation’s Unashamed Pledge (visit: asidofoundation.com/unashamed) Prizes for the 2026 Jemila Abubakar Memorial Essay Competition The top 15 winners will receive certificates and automatic admission into the JAME 2025 Fellowship Program (mentorship initiative).
