OPERATIONAL AND RESTART MANAGER (2-YEAR FIXED-TERM CONTRACT) The incumbent shall report to Chief Executive Officer and be accountable for leading the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of operational readiness and restart initiatives at the Kombat Mine. The role oversees all aspects of mining operations from engineering and safety to community engagement and financial oversight to ensure a safe, efficient, and sustainable restart. The incumbent will serve as a key driver of operational excellence, leveraging deep industry experience to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and foster stakeholder confidence during critical transition phases. Qualifications & Experience Required Diploma/Degree in Mining, Metallurgical, Mechanical or Process Engineering Valid and up to date Underground Blasting Ticket Training and certification in Project Management will be advantageous Minimum 25 years of Senior Management experience in Underground Hard Rock Mining (Copper, Zinc, Platinum or Gold) in Southern Africa or similar jurisdiction in a General Manager, Operations Manager, Mine Manager or similar role Experience in site ramp-ups, restarts, or brownfield projects Extensive and proven Safety Management Underground mining shift return/internet re-equipping and commissioning Operational optimization and strong leadership experience in leading teams in remote environments Valid driver’s license and ability to travel and reside on-site for extended periods FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT Reporting to Superintendent: Financial Accounting and be accountable for managing a variety of financial and accounting tasks to support the business. Upon the anticipated restart of operations in mid-2026, the incumbent shall assume responsibility for managing the sale of concentrate and related accounting in accordance with the existing offtake agreement. Qualifications & Experience Required Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the mining, metallurgical, or heavy industrial sectors Experience in managing sales of Copper concentrate or other base metals with offtake agreements Knowledge of SAGE or similar ERP systems will be advantageous Conversant with financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS) and preparation of financial statements and reports Knowledge of applying withholding taxes and VAT in Namibia High integrity, ethical standards, and accountability and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Advanced level of computer literacy MINERAL RESOURCE MANAGER The incumbent shall report to Technical Services Manager and be accountable for signoff of Mineral Resource estimations and technical reports including mineral resources, reserves and mine production reconciliation studies and technical evaluations of mine and other company projects. The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the departmental functions of modelling of orebodies and geology, QAQC, resource and grade control models, the production and database. Qualifications & Experience Required BSc (Hons) degree in Geology; MSc / MEng or equivalent statistical and geostatistical training Professional registration Minimum 15 years’ geology or mining related experience of which 5 years is in geological mineral resource estimation Develop and implement strategies for mineral resource optimisation and expansion Extensive geological orebody modelling and estimation software experience (Studio RM & Leapfrog preferred) Ability to mentor and coach junior staff and build the production geology and exploration capability on site PROJECT COST ACCOUNTANT (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT) Reporting to Superintendent: Financial Accounting and be accountable for providing project cost control and financial oversight for mine restart projects at Kombat mine. The incumbent shall ensure accurate project cost tracking, variance analysis and general alignment of expenditures with approved budgets and work packages. Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Management or similar field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project or cost accounting within the mining or heavy industrial sectors Prior exposure to underground mining operations, brownfield projects or mine restart environments will be advantageous Knowledge of SAGE or similar ERP systems Conversant with financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS) and preparation of financial statements and reports A positive attitude, ethical and high ability to influence others positively High integrity, ethical standards, and accountability and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Advanced level of computer literacy SUPERINTENDENT: PROCUREMENT AND WAREHOUSING The incumbent shall report to Finance and Administration Manager and be accountable for procurement and warehousing functions at the Kombat mine. Qualifications & Experience Required Degree in Commercial Management, Supply Chain Management or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and warehouse management within the mining, metallurgical, or heavy industrial sectors Knowledge of SAGE or similar ERP systems will be advantageous Well-versed in procurement and warehousing practices Understanding of the complexities and requirements involved with the supply chain High integrity, ethical standards, and accountability Intermediate level of computer literacy Strong communication and interpersonal skills GEOHYDROLOGIST Reporting to Senior Geohydrologist and be accountable implementing the mine dewatering strategy, assisting with the review of technical hydrogeological testing, and reviewing piezometer installations. The incumbent shall also monitor groundwater water level and water quality monitoring, and ensure data accuracy. They shall maintain the mine’s hydrogeological monitoring systems and water balance datasets and contribute to reporting on inflows, dewatering performance, and water risks. Qualifications & Experience Required B.Sc. Hons in Hydrogeology or Geohydrology (Geology major) Working experience in mining, consulting or related hydrogeological roles Familiarity with hydrogeological drilling, testing, and inflow monitoring (underground experience is an advantage) Knowledge of groundwater modelling (MODFLOW, FEFLOW) shall be an added advantage Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and keen interest in mining hydrogeology Safety-conscious, curious, and eager to learn SENIOR GEOHYDROLOGIST The incumbent shall report to Technical Manager and be accountable for leading the design, execution, and optimization of the mine dewatering strategy through development and maintenance of a fit-for-purpose groundwater monitoring network, integrating hydro-geological models with mine planning, sequencing, and porting programmes, providing clear reporting on inflows, water balance, risks, and opportunities to support operational decision-making and collaborating with pump specialists, engineers, and geologists to deliver cost-effective, reliable pumping solutions and other deliverables. Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor of Science Honours Degree or MSc in Hydrogeology/Geohydrology (with Geology major) Professional registration – GSSA/SACNASP or equivalent Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, with specific expertise in underground mine water management, mine water inflows, pumping, and dewatering operations Skilled in hydrological/geotechnical modelling (MODFLOW/FEFLOW) and monitoring systems, and water balance management Strong integrated skills with ability to communicate technical issues across disciplines and drive integrated solutions Good mentoring and coaching skills PROJECT PLANNER & SCHEDULER (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT) Reporting to Engineering Manager and be accountable for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules for all mechanical, civil, and construction-related works at Kombat Mine. The incumbent should be an experienced individual with strong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines, proficient in Microsoft Project, and capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specification. Qualifications & Experience Required National Diploma or similar qualification in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent technical or construction discipline 5 years of proven experience as a Project Scheduler and/or Planner in the construction, mining or engineering industry Advanced skills in Microsoft Project Knowledge of Primavera P6 will be an advantage Strong understanding of project management principles and construction practices PRODUCTION AND DATABASE GEOLOGIST The incumbent shall report to Senior Resource Geologist and be accountable for ensuring accurate, validated operational and exploration data is applied to mining operations and exploration.
