Overview of the Programme The Grainlink Learnership is a 12-month development programme hosted at selected Senwes Grainlink silos in the North West province. Throughout the duration of the learnership, participants engage in a variety of operational activities that contribute to their technical growth and understanding of the grain handling environment. Learners receive on-the-job training that covers silo operations, grain intake processes, grain quality assessment, and administrative tasks related to grain handling. Candidate Requirements To be considered for the Grainlink Learnership, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: Possession of a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). Age between 18 and 25 years. A genuine interest in agriculture, technical fields, or operational roles. Willingness to work at a silo and learn about grain operations in a hands-on environment. The programme is ideal for individuals who display curiosity, determination, and a willingness to work in dynamic, physically oriented settings. Prior experience in agriculture is not required, as the learnership provides full training and support.
