Key Responsibilities The apprentice will contribute to projects across several areas. La Roche-Posay Foundation Responsibilities will include: Supporting the development and implementation of philanthropic programmes. Helping communicate Foundation initiatives internally and externally. Contributing to activities designed to increase the reach and impact of philanthropic programmes. Sustainable Development The apprentice will support La Roche-Posay’s environmental sustainability transformation by: Contributing to sustainability initiatives. Helping pilot and coordinate selected environmental projects. Developing content and campaign materials. Supporting internal and external communications highlighting sustainability achievements and commitments. Brand Cause and Social Impact The apprentice will also contribute to programmes focused on oncology and support for cancer patients. Responsibilities may include: Supporting the development of social-impact programmes. Piloting specific social initiatives. Developing communication and campaign materials. Helping communicate the brand’s social programmes and achievements. The apprentice will additionally provide day-to-day support to the Sustainability, Brand Cause, and Philanthropic Foundation team. Learning and Professional Development The apprenticeship provides an opportunity to develop a broad understanding of corporate sustainability and social impact within a major international beauty company. The successful candidate will collaborate with La Roche-Posay teams, L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, NGOs, associations, and other external stakeholders. The position will also provide exposure to teams working in marketing, communications, research and innovation, and sustainable development. Through this cross-functional environment, the apprentice can develop practical skills in project coordination, sustainability initiatives, communications, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and social-impact programme delivery. L’Oréal also provides access to its My Learning platform, allowing apprentices to develop additional professional and technical skills. Eligibility Requirements Candidates should meet the following requirements: Be currently pursuing a Master’s degree at an engineering school, business school, or university. Be seeking a 12-month apprenticeship from January 2027 to December 2027. Have a clear interest in corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, social responsibility, and/or philanthropy. Demonstrate curiosity about brands, business environments, and societal issues. Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Have data-analysis capabilities. Demonstrate creativity, initiative, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Be results-oriented and attentive to detail. Be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment. Have strong proficiency in English; French proficiency is highly desirable. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an interest in meaningful sustainability and social-impact work rather than simply seeking general corporate experience. Remuneration and Benefits The apprenticeship offers a monthly remuneration of €1,700. Additional benefits include: 75% coverage of public transportation costs. One remote-working day per week.
