Role Overview The Fellow role places candidates within small, high-performing consulting teams, typically consisting of 3–5 members. Fellows actively contribute to all phases of client engagements, gaining exposure to real-world problem solving in dynamic environments. Core responsibilities include: Gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data Formulating and testing hypotheses to address client challenges Developing structured, evidence-based recommendations Communicating insights clearly to stakeholders Supporting implementation of solutions alongside client teams In some cases, Fellows may also present findings directly to client management, gaining early exposure to senior-level engagement.
