Minimum requirements include: A graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field 3–5 years of recruitment experience Strong knowledge of recruitment analytics and performance metrics Understanding of labour legislation and recruitment policies Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Additional desirable competencies include: Experience in managing recruitment teams Strong analytical and organisational skills Ability to interpret recruitment data and trends Proficiency in HR systems and recruitment software Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Fluency in English is essential, while additional MSF working languages are considered an advantage.
