Core Responsibilities The Major Gifts Officer will manage and expand a portfolio of major donors capable of contributing between USD 10,000 and USD 100,000. Fundraising and Donor Engagement Main responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of 100–135 donors and prospects Cultivating and stewarding major donor relationships Soliciting flexible and unrestricted gifts Developing personalized donor engagement strategies Increasing donor retention and gift upgrades Identifying and cultivating new prospective donors Supporting pipeline growth within the Western United States The officer will also collaborate with leadership and account management teams to monitor financial goals and donor engagement targets.
