MiracleFeet, a global nonprofit organisation working to expand access to treatment for children born with clubfoot, is inviting applications for a Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) position. The full-time role is a remote opportunity that can be based in the United States or one of MiracleFeet’s 39 partner countries. The position sits within the Technical Team and is expected to begin in September 2026. About the Manager, MEAL Role The Manager, MEAL will provide leadership and technical support across MiracleFeet’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities. The successful candidate will focus strongly on data quality, data use, measurement systems and decision-support, helping ensure that reliable and actionable information is available to programme teams, partners, senior leadership and donors. The position will report to the Associate Director of MEAL and work closely with the Technical, Programs, Clinical and Digital/Product teams. Key responsibilities will include: Managing MEAL and technical initiatives that strengthen data systems and tools. Supporting the development and documentation of MEAL and clinical indicators. Promoting responsible data use, privacy and child safeguarding. Developing systems, standard operating procedures and processes for data collection and management. Supporting field-level data quality assurance. Developing data audit and data quality assurance approaches. Analysing clinical quality indicators and programme data. Preparing reports, presentations, dashboards and data visualisations. Supporting evaluations, special studies and learning initiatives. Managing external consultants when required. Working with digital teams to improve data tools and workflows. Supporting evaluation approaches for innovative programme models. Contributing data expertise to donor engagement and grant renewal processes. Qualifications and Experience MiracleFeet is seeking an experienced monitoring and evaluation professional with a strong quantitative background. Applicants must have a Master’s degree or higher in public health, social science, statistics, evaluation or a related discipline. Candidates must also have at least six years of professional experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation or MEAL activities for complex programmes. Experience in low-resource environments or global health programmes is particularly desirable. Applicants should demonstrate strong experience with measurement, analytical and evaluation techniques, as well as the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Data and Analytical Skills The position requires substantial experience working with data systems and analytical tools. Relevant experience may include: Salesforce or similar databases. R. Stata. Python. KoboToolbox. SurveyCTO. ODK-based survey platforms. Survey design and programming. Data processing and documentation. Statistical and survey-data analysis. Data visualisation and reporting. The successful candidate must be able to translate quantitative findings into clear, practical recommendations through written reports, visualisations, tables and other accessible formats. Additional Skills Experience supporting clinical or health-related programmes will be an advantage. MiracleFeet is also interested in candidates with experience working in low- and middle-income countries or those who can demonstrate strong cross-cultural competence. Additional desirable experience includes: Delivering technical training to non-technical audiences. Research ethics and informed consent. Data privacy standards. Professional proficiency in another language, such as French, Spanish or Arabic. Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and time zones are also required. Remote Work and Eligibility The Manager, MEAL is a remote position that can be based in the United States or one of MiracleFeet’s 39 partner countries. Applicants must already reside in the country from which they intend to work and have the appropriate work permit. MiracleFeet does not sponsor employment visas, so candidates must already have the necessary authorisation to work in their country of residence. The position is full-time and offers paid time off, including 10 national holidays based on the contractor’s country of residence, as well as travel insurance.
