Key Professional Requirements Applicants must have a strong medical background and relevant experience in sexual and reproductive healthcare. Essential qualifications include: Registration as a Midwife or qualification as a Medical Doctor specialized in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Hands-on experience working with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) or similar international medical-humanitarian organizations. Demonstrated experience in comprehensive Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) care and service management. Experience supervising, mentoring, and training healthcare teams. An instructor certificate is considered an additional advantage for candidates applying for the role.
