Eligibility Requirements The opportunity is open to graduates who have successfully completed their academic studies and meet national service requirements in Ghana. Applicants should possess a minimum of: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Bachelor’s degree in Photography and Videography. Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering. Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering. Candidates must also have fulfilled the relevant National Service eligibility requirements in accordance with local legislation. Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will be assigned to various departments where they will support operational and strategic activities while gaining valuable workplace experience. Responsibilities include: Assisting with day-to-day departmental operations. Supporting ongoing projects through research and analysis. Preparing reports and handling administrative assignments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. Participating in training programmes and learning initiatives. Engaging in mentorship and professional development activities. Contributing innovative ideas and practical solutions. Supporting team objectives and business priorities. Participants will also be expected to demonstrate and uphold Nestlé’s core values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation throughout their service period. Skills and Competencies Sought Nestlé is looking for graduates who demonstrate strong professional potential and a commitment to continuous learning. Preferred competencies include: Strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Capacity to work effectively within teams. Leadership potential. Adaptability and willingness to learn. Applicants should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Microsoft Word. Microsoft Excel. Microsoft PowerPoint. The ability to communicate in French will be considered an added advantage, particularly within the multinational and multilingual environment of the Central and West Africa Region.
