The assessment evaluates: Programme eligibility Identity verification using National Identification Number (NIN) Bank Verification Number (BVN) and bank account validation State-based programme availability Age verification Proximity to training centres Passport photograph quality The assessment is designed to match applicants with suitable training programmes and available centres nearest to their residence. The application steps include: Creating an NDE client account Completing identity verification using a National Identification Number (NIN) Providing personal information Selecting a preferred programme, scheme, and skill set Submitting the application and downloading the acknowledgement slip Updating state of origin information where necessary to reflect the verified state of residence Applicants are advised to retain their registration number after submission for future reference.
