NOBUL Africa Foundation Internship Program 2026/2027 Provider: NOBUL Africa Foundation Category: Internship Duration: 6 Months Work Arrangement: Hybrid Eligible Applicants: Graduates and Undergraduates Application Schedule: Rolling Basis About NOBUL Africa Foundation NOBUL Africa Foundation (Nurturing Opportunities And Building Leaders, Africa Foundation) is a youth-centred non-profit organization founded by Soohemba Agatha Aker in 2023. The foundation works with underserved communities to support young people and promote inclusive development across Africa through youth leadership, education, gender equity, civic engagement, digital inclusion, and sustainable development initiatives. Program Overview & Structure The NOBUL Africa Foundation Internship Program is a six-month hybrid opportunity designed to bridge academic knowledge and practical non-profit work experience. Instead of a general internship, applicants must choose one specific functional role that aligns with their background, skills, and interests. Work schedules are flexible, and applicants select one of three weekly commitment tiers during registration: 6–8 hours per week 8–12 hours per week 10–15 hours per week Available Internship Roles Program Intern: Supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of social-impact initiatives across youth leadership, education, civic engagement, and gender equity. Information & Technology Intern: Assists with internal IT operations, digital systems, and tech-driven social-impact activities. Graphics & Product Design Intern: Creates visual communications, campaign materials, and design assets for the foundation’s programs. Communications Intern: Handles external communications, public engagement, digital content creation, and media messaging. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) Intern: Assists with data collection, research, program evaluation, progress tracking, and reporting. Procurement & Admin Intern: Supports day-to-day office administrative systems, operational coordination, and procurement tasks. Finance Intern: Assists with non-profit financial administration, basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and record-keeping. Multimedia Intern: Produces audio, video, photo, and editing content to document and highlight the foundation’s projects. Eligibility Criteria Open to both undergraduates and graduates of any nationality or field of study. Demonstrated interest or background in the chosen functional role. Ability to commit to a hybrid working arrangement for the 6-month duration. Active presence on social media and willingness to commit to the chosen weekly hour tier.
