Key support areas include: Legal and executive administrative assistance Contract administration and procurement processes Scheduling and coordination of senior-level meetings Travel and expense management Governance and compliance support The role also involves supporting legal workflows under supervision, requiring familiarity with legal terminology but not legal qualification. Key Responsibilities The Administration Officer is expected to perform a wide range of operational and administrative duties, including: Providing executive support to the Deputy General Counsel based in Berlin Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple regions Preparing documentation, reports, and meeting materials Supporting legal contract administration and supplier payment processes Tracking departmental budgets, invoices, and expenditures Organising logistics for internal and external meetings and events Supporting compliance-related administrative tasks Taking meeting notes and assisting with project coordination The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
