Who Can Apply The program targets young Africans aged 18 to 35 and encourages participation from underrepresented groups, including women, persons with disabilities, and displaced populations. Eligible applicants include: Recent graduates with 0–2 years of work experience Alumni of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Alumni of other Mastercard Foundation initiatives Young people seeking impactful early-career experience This inclusive approach ensures that opportunities are accessible to a diverse group of emerging leaders.
