Role Summary and Key Functions The National Lead will play a central role in shaping and advancing labour mobility pathways for displaced populations in Italy. Working under the Vice President of Global Partnerships and alongside the Director for Europe, the role involves close collaboration with national and international stakeholders. Key functions include: Coordinating national-level engagement with public authorities and institutional partners Supporting strategic planning and implementation of pathway initiatives Engaging philanthropic partners to mobilize financial resources Advancing innovative financing and operational models within Italy The role also requires alignment with broader European and global strategies, ensuring that Italy’s efforts contribute to wider systemic impact.
