Racham Empowerment & Humanitarian Foundation (REHF) Recruitment 2026 (Remote – Nigeria) Organization: Racham Empowerment and Humanitarian Foundation (REHF) Position: Program Officer & Grant Officer Location: Nigeria (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time / Remote Salary: Not Specified Application Deadline: Open Until Filled About the Organization Racham Empowerment and Humanitarian Foundation (REHF) is a non-governmental, faith-inspired humanitarian organization committed to empowering vulnerable and underserved populations across Nigeria. The foundation focuses on supporting orphans, widows, vulnerable children, women, and indigent communities through structured humanitarian assistance, empowerment initiatives, and community-focused interventions. 1. Position: Program Officer About the Role The Program Officer will support the overall planning, operational coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of REHF’s humanitarian programs and community projects across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities Program Implementation: Support the end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of organization programs according to approved project timelines. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate engagements with beneficiaries, local communities, field partners, and institutional stakeholders. Monitoring & Reporting: Assist with program documentation, field data collection, metric tracking, and drafting comprehensive project reports. Community Needs Assessment: Help identify emerging community needs to assist leadership in designing targeted humanitarian interventions. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate program records, attend operational meetings, and support field activities as assigned by management. Eligibility & Requirements Education: Relevant degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies, or a related field. Experience: Demonstrated interest or experience in humanitarian work, community development, and program execution. Key Skills: Strong organizational, communication, field coordination, and report-writing skills. Competencies: Proven ability to engage empathetically and effectively with vulnerable communities and diverse stakeholders. 2. Position: Grant Officer About the Role The Grant Officer will manage activities related to funding opportunity tracking, proposal development, donor engagement, grant documentation, and reporting compliance. Key Responsibilities Opportunity Tracking & Research: Conduct research to identify, track, and evaluate potential grant funding opportunities aligned with REHF’s mission. Proposal Development: Assist in drafting concept notes, grant applications, and detailed project proposals. Grant Administration: Maintain a structured pipeline of potential funding leads and keep meticulous grant documentation and reporting calendars. Compliance & Reporting: Monitor grant requirements and deliverables to support the timely preparation of donor compliance reports. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communications and data sharing between internal project teams and external funding bodies. Eligibility & Requirements Education: Relevant degree or HND in Business Administration, International Development, Communications, English, or related fields. Experience: Background or strong interest in grant writing, fundraising, proposal development, or NGO/humanitarian operations. Key Skills: Exceptional research, written communication, document structuring, and organizational skills. Nice to Have: Prior experience working with non-profits, international NGOs, or community-based development organizations.
