Robin Trust, a leading healthcare organisation with nearly 30 years of experience and a strong Christian ethos, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight. The organisation specialises in Care Services and Home-Based Care Training, supported by a sub-acute facility and a dementia care unit at the Oude De Molen precinct. Robin Trust operates through over 350 carers across hundreds of homes and facilities and employs more than 50 permanent staff. Its innovative model delivers high-quality care and healthcare education while remaining financially sustainable without reliance on donor income. The CEO will lead Robin Trust’s growth, enhancing the quantity and quality of care services while building partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Provide strategic vision and leadership, embedding the organisation’s mission, vision, and culture across all operations. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans to expand services and impact. Collaborate closely with the Board of Trustees to achieve long-term goals. Operational and Organisational Management Oversee all services and human resources, including recruitment, mentoring, and capacity-building for leadership teams. Ensure operational policies, procedures, and systems support effective service delivery. Implement robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to guide organisational strategy. Maintain high ethical standards and organisational compliance, with effective risk management frameworks. Financial Oversight and Sustainability Monitor financial health, including long- and short-term planning, budgeting, and revenue management. Ensure financial controls and reporting mechanisms meet legal requirements. Set financial priorities aligned with the organisation’s mission and operational needs. Stakeholder Engagement and Business Development Develop and sustain relationships with strategic partners to expand service reach. Explore new models for organisational growth, impact, and resilience. Fundraising and Donor Relations Lead fundraising initiatives for growth opportunities and manage donor relations. Secure capital for expansion while maintaining financial stability. Requirements Passion for healthcare and commitment to creating dignified work environments. Knowledge of private and public healthcare systems. Relevant qualifications, ideally with medical sector experience. Minimum 8–10 years of senior management experience in healthcare, development, or NPO sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate strategic vision into operational models. Proven leadership in motivating and inspiring multidisciplinary teams. Expertise in business development, networking, fundraising, and partnership engagement. Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and implementation of organisational strategies. High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to lead in challenging environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
