Purpose of the Programme The Sasol Foundation Graduate Internship Programme aims to: Support youth employment and economic inclusion in South Africa. Provide meaningful workplace experience within Sasol business operations. Develop practical skills relevant to industry standards. Enhance employability through mentorship and structured development. Graduates will gain exposure to operational systems, strategic initiatives, and corporate best practices within a globally recognised organisation. Eligibility Criteria Applicants must meet the following requirements: Be a South African citizen. Be between 18 and 29 years of age. Be currently unemployed. Reside within Sasol’s local communities (Secunda, Sasolburg, Ekandustria) or Sasol Retail sites within a 50km radius. Hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields. Only candidates who meet all eligibility requirements will be considered.
