Location: Remote (open worldwide) Time Zone: East Africa Time Duration: 6 months (extendable) Commitment: Flexible, approximately 1–2 days per week Type: Voluntary (unpaid) Key Responsibilities The Communications Assistant Intern will support a variety of content and communications activities, including: Planning and drafting engaging, platform-specific content for social media Managing the Stitch Sainte Luce Instagram account Writing and editing blog posts, newsletters, and other communications materials Creating visual content using Canva in line with brand guidelines Producing short-form video content using CapCut for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Monitoring and reporting on social media performance metrics (KPIs) Organizing and curating images from SEED’s media library for digital use Developing a deep understanding of SEED’s programmes to communicate impact effectively Interns may also take on additional tasks as directed by the Communications Coordinator or Media and Communications Officer.
