Role Summary Seefar is seeking a Senior Content Producer to develop and deliver a series of high-quality videos focused on migration. The content will primarily support donor objectives for ongoing projects in Iraq while adhering to donor branding guidelines. Videos will be showcased on Seefar’s website and social media platforms to engage both donors and the general public. Selected content may also be adapted to support broader communications efforts in alignment with project objectives. Key Details: Start Date: 12 January 2026 Duration: Full-time, 3 months (ending 31 March 2026) Location: Iraq (remote work possible; travel may be required depending on project needs) Fee: GBP 15,000 upon successful delivery, prorated for partial completion Reporting Line: Strategic Communications Manager Key Responsibilities Video Production and Editing: Edit and repackage Seefar’s existing video content into a cohesive series Produce new video content as required, including AI-assisted sourcing Ensure outputs meet high production and ethical standards Storytelling: Develop compelling visual and narrative stories aligned with Seefar’s messaging and mission Collaborate with the Strategic Communications team to refine story ideas Provide recommendations for content improvement and strategic adjustments Deliver edited, high-resolution videos ready for publication Produce concise written captions or scripts consistent with Seefar’s style guide Ensure all content is accurate, ethical, and sensitive to migration-related risks Website and Digital Asset Management: Upload videos and related content to Seefar’s website and social media platforms Support basic performance tracking and analytics as required Deliverables: Three videos per month, each 2–3 minutes in length Adapt each video into shorter formats suitable for LinkedIn and Seefar’s website Candidate Profile Essential Criteria: 4–5 years of experience in videography and visual storytelling Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality visual content, ideally in documentary or humanitarian contexts Proven experience in storytelling related to human rights, gender equality, or social impact Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of relevant work Ability to translate complex topics into accessible messaging for varied audiences Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills Desirable Criteria: Familiarity with AI tools and animation for content creation Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Experience in migration, social development, or humanitarian sectors Knowledge of conflict-sensitive or stigma-aware communication Fluency in Arabic (advantageous but not required) Working with Seefar Positive Features: Combines entrepreneurialism with a focus on social impact Opportunity to work with highly diverse teams across varied contexts High level of trust allows autonomy in work Encourages innovation and experimentation Focuses on achieving results over rigid structures Provides a challenging and engaging work environment Challenges: Collaboration across geographically dispersed teams requires flexibility and patience Remote work may feel isolating; effective communication is essential Rapid organizational growth demands adaptability to evolving systems Fast-paced environment requires strong prioritization and productivity Application Process:Interested candidates should submit: CV (PDF format) Portfolio of work with at least 3–5 relevant video or multimedia samples (published or unpublished) Application Deadline: 5 January 2026 Seefar prioritizes practical, measurable impact in all its work, focusing on solutions that are both challenging and transformational, with a goal of improving lives.
