Its platform replaces fragmented emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected logistics tools with a single digital infrastructure for international trade. Beyond logistics software, the company provides integrated services including: Cross-border logistics Customs house brokerage Trade finance solutions Supply chain operations technology The organisation’s mission is to become the operating infrastructure powering efficient trade across Africa and global markets. About the Graduate Trainee Programme The six-month programme combines structured classroom learning with practical rotations across multiple business functions. Successful applicants receive a full salary and employee benefits throughout the programme and may be offered permanent positions upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities Graduate trainees will contribute to real business operations while developing professional skills across different departments. Responsibilities include: Completing assigned training and operational tasks Supporting customer experience and logistics operations Analysing existing systems and identifying process improvements Preparing reports and presentations for managers Conducting research to support business decision-making Collaborating with cross-functional teams on operational projects Eligibility Criteria SEND welcomes applications from graduates with diverse educational backgrounds. Applicants must have: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of structured work experience (including NYSC experience) Strong numerical and analytical reasoning skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills Research capability and a strong willingness to learn A proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency Importantly, the company does not consider GPA or academic grades during selection. While STEM degrees may be advantageous, candidates are evaluated primarily on their potential, problem-solving ability, and overall capability. Applicants are also encouraged to showcase personal projects, products they have built, or outstanding university dissertations and final-year projects.
