The global education organization Teach For All is seeking a Leadership Director for its Global Leadership Accelerator (GLA). This remote position offers an opportunity for experienced leadership practitioners to contribute to the development of thousands of leaders working to transform education systems worldwide. The role is open to candidates based in several Asia-Pacific locations, including Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. The successful candidate will join a dynamic global team focused on strengthening leadership capacity across a vast international network dedicated to improving educational outcomes. About the Global Leadership Accelerator The Global Leadership Accelerator (GLA) operates as a leadership development engine within Teach For All. The initiative supports tens of thousands of leaders working to reshape education globally. The network currently includes: 15,000+ teachers actively teaching in classrooms Approximately 125,000 alumni leaders influencing systems and communities Millions of children impacted across more than 60 countries The Accelerator focuses on developing purpose-driven leaders who work collaboratively to challenge inequities and create transformative change within education systems. About the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future The role also contributes to the work of the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, a learning platform designed to connect educators, policy leaders, and social innovators across the world. The institute aims to: Facilitate leadership development for educators and changemakers Generate research and insights on education transformation Build learning communities that accelerate global progress in education The Leadership Director will report directly to the Head of the Global Leadership Accelerator, who also serves as the Chief Learning Officer for the Global Institute. Key Responsibilities The Leadership Director will play a critical role in launching and scaling global leadership initiatives, particularly across the Asia-Pacific region. The position requires strategic thinking, collaboration across international teams, and strong experience in leadership development. Examples of initiatives include: Co-designing a Transforming Systems Fellowship for rising policy and political leaders influencing education systems Coaching senior leaders in peer-learning groups to strengthen leadership practices and collective impact Supporting programs that develop inner leadership capabilities for system change Facilitating workshops through the Global Institute to strengthen leadership among educators worldwide Core Day-to-Day Responsibilities The role includes both strategic design and operational execution of leadership development initiatives. Key activities may include: Partnering with teams across the global network to identify leadership development needs Designing and facilitating leadership learning experiences and programs Coaching senior leaders and leadership teams Managing projects from concept to execution, including program design, communications, marketing, enrollment, delivery, and evaluation Building partnerships with external collaborators to co-create flagship leadership programs Collecting impact data and stories to strengthen learning and improvement Contributing strategic ideas to guide the evolution of the Global Leadership Accelerator Required Qualifications Candidates for this role should possess substantial experience in leadership or organizational development. The organization is seeking individuals with the ability to navigate complex global environments and influence leaders at multiple levels. Essential qualifications include: Demonstrated expertise in leadership development or organizational development Experience coaching leaders, managing teams, or advising senior leadership Strong facilitation skills for in-person and virtual learning environments Exceptional strategic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities Strong relationship management and collaboration skills across diverse cultures Advanced project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Commitment to addressing inequity and transforming systems Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to design new initiatives and opportunities Additional Preferred Experience The following experience is considered advantageous: 8–10 years of professional experience Experience in coaching, school leadership, or adult learning development Knowledge of systems leadership, community organizing, or adaptive leadership Expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion practices Experience designing scalable learning programs Familiarity with the Teach For All network or prior work with one of its partner organizations Benefits and Work Environment Teach For All offers a collaborative and inclusive working environment designed to support both professional impact and personal well-being.
