The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Coordinator, Innovation Implementation to support the execution of innovative programmes across country operations. This full-time, hybrid role is based in multiple locations, including Nairobi, Adjumani, and Abuja. Role Overview The Coordinator will lead the operational implementation of innovations at the country level, ensuring projects transition effectively from design to execution. The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and programme management skills to deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and in compliance with organisational and donor requirements. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals experienced in managing complex programmes in humanitarian or development contexts.
