QS ImpACT Awards 2026: Recognising Global Sustainable Impact The QS ImpACT Awards 2026 are now open for applications, celebrating youth, universities, and organisations that are driving measurable change aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). From grassroots initiatives to large-scale sustainability solutions, the awards recognise leaders transforming ideas into real-world impact. Whether through innovation, education, community engagement, or environmental action, QS ImpACT shines a global spotlight on changemakers shaping a more sustainable and inclusive future. About the QS ImpACT Awards The QS ImpACT Awards are global sustainability awards designed to: Recognise measurable impact aligned with the SDGs Elevate youth-led and institution-led initiatives Provide funding, mentorship, and international visibility Showcase impactful projects on a global platform With over 1,300 applications, 235 finalists, and 30 winners across 68 countries, the awards have already built a powerful global network of sustainability leaders. Who Can Apply? Applicants must meet the following criteria: For Individual Categories: Be aged 18–35 years Submit an impact report aligned with a specific award category Demonstrate measurable impact delivered during 2026 For Institutional Categories: Represent an organisation or university Submit an impact report aligned with the chosen award category Show clear impact achieved in 2026 Both international and early-stage projects are eligible, provided they can demonstrate tangible results and measurable outcomes. Award Categories For Organisations and Universities Sustainability Innovator Award Recognises organisations delivering sustainability-driven innovations that reduce waste, conserve resources, promote clean energy, or enhance community well-being. Climate Education for Change Award Honours organisations empowering communities through climate education and awareness initiatives. Community Health and Well-being Award Celebrates initiatives improving physical, mental, and social well-being through healthcare access, nutrition programmes, and community awareness. University Sustainability Leadership Award Recognises universities embedding sustainability into institutional strategy, curriculum, campus operations, research, and community engagement. For Young People (Ages 18–35) Plant for Tomorrow Award For youth-led tree planting, reforestation, and conservation initiatives restoring ecosystems and strengthening climate resilience. Plastic-Free Future Award For individuals or youth groups combating plastic pollution through waste reduction, recycling, advocacy, and awareness campaigns. Climate Education for Change Award For young changemakers leading climate awareness and sustainability education initiatives. Best Student SDG Project Award For university students driving impactful SDG-focused projects within campuses or communities. Woman SDG Leader of the Year Recognises young women creating transformative, measurable impact aligned with one or more SDGs. Community Health and Well-being Award For youth-led initiatives promoting physical, mental, and social health. Local and community-driven projects with measurable outcomes are equally valued.
