What Fellows Will Do Selected fellows are embedded within government offices where they provide strategic support to senior public leaders while gaining practical experience in governance and policymaking. Key responsibilities include: Conducting policy research and data analysis Supporting strategic planning and advisory work Assisting with project planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation Drafting policy briefs, reports, speeches and communication materials Facilitating stakeholder consultations and community engagement Contributing to institutional transformation initiatives Participating in leadership coaching and mentorship throughout the programme The fellowship provides hands-on exposure to the realities of public leadership while developing the technical and leadership skills needed for long-term careers in governance.
