Role Overview and Consultancy Objective The Assistant Graphic Design and Data Visualization Consultant will play a critical role in packaging and communicating gender data insights to diverse audiences. By producing visually engaging and accessible content, the consultant will help bridge the gap between technical data and public understanding. The consultancy aims to: Enhance the visibility and usability of gender data Support evidence-based policymaking through effective communication Strengthen stakeholder engagement through creative outputs Contribute directly to the Women Count programme’s Outcome 3 This is a retainer-based role, meaning assignments will be provided as needed, each with defined deliverables and timelines. Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work The consultant will collaborate closely with the UN Women East and Southern Africa Regional Office (ESARO) statistics team and contribute to a range of design and communication tasks. Required Qualifications and Experience Candidates must demonstrate both technical expertise and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
