Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination Responsibilities The Project Administrator will serve as a key coordination point between internal departments, academic institutions, training providers, learners, and external stakeholders. Minimum Requirements and Desired Competencies Applicants are expected to demonstrate both academic qualifications and relevant professional experience in administration and project environments. Essential requirements include: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, or related fields Between five and six years of administrative experience Experience in project administration or office-based project coordination Strong record-keeping, data management, and filing system skills Proficiency in written and verbal communication Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat An additional advantage includes experience within a SETA environment and familiarity with project management software systems.
