The AI mentor should be: • A faculty member from an eligible University of Oxford department• An experienced researcher with expertise in applying AI or machine learning techniques within STEM research areas• A senior academic, senior postdoctoral researcher, or independent fellow with relevant research experience The mentorship structure is intended to strengthen collaboration between scientific disciplines and AI research communities, helping fellows develop effective and responsible AI-driven research strategies. Application Process and Submission Requirements Applications must be submitted through the University of Oxford’s Internal Research Award Management System (IRAMS).
