Qualifications Provost: Doctorate (Ph.D.) in a field relevant to at least one programme offered by the College Professional teaching qualification (NCE or PGDE); registration with TRCN is an advantage Minimum 15 years post-qualification teaching/research experience in higher education, including senior administrative roles Must be a Chief Lecturer with at least 5 years cognate experience Bursar: Good honours degree or HND in Accountancy, Finance, or related field with 21 years cognate experience and full professional accounting registration, or relevant Master’s degree with 18 years experience Must have served as Deputy Bursar on CONTEDISS 15 Proficiency in ICT and evidence of continuous professional development College Librarian: Good honours degree with Master in Library Science and 18 years experience, or Ph.D. in Library and Information Science with 12 years experience Registration with a recognised professional library body Must be Chief Librarian on CONCASS 9 or Deputy Librarian on CONTEDISS 15 for at least 5 years Proficiency in ICT and evidence of scholarly publications All candidates must not be above 59 years of age at the time of taking up the appointment and must demonstrate vision, leadership, and integrity.
