Women Win is currently recruiting for two key positions: Programmes Manager – Ignita and Programmes Coordinator – Ignita. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing portfolio of funding initiatives, working with international partners, funders, and movements across diverse contexts. Both positions are remote-friendly, reflecting Women Win’s commitment to global inclusion and accessibility. About Women Win and Ignita Women Win is an international organization committed to empowering girls and women worldwide through sport, leadership development, and financial support for grassroots initiatives. The Ignita initiative specifically targets the transformation of philanthropic practices, ensuring that funding decisions are shaped by the needs and leadership of feminist movements. The Ignita team works closely with a broad network of global partners, local organizations, and funders, aiming to strengthen the capacity of organizations that advance gender equality. The program fosters innovation, collaboration, and sustainable impact, providing funding and technical support to initiatives that center the voices of girls and women. Programmes Manager – Ignita The Programmes Manager will take a strategic leadership role in the design, implementation, and oversight of Ignita’s funding initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing a portfolio of feminist funding programs in alignment with Women Win’s strategic goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, funders, and movement leaders globally. Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on programmatic impact to ensure alignment with feminist principles. Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the Ignita team to drive innovative program development. Representing Women Win and Ignita in global forums and networks to share best practices and learning. The Programmes Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping funding strategies, ensuring that resources are directed effectively to maximize social impact while supporting the autonomy of local organizations. Programmes Coordinator – Ignita The Programmes Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support for the Ignita initiative. Responsibilities include: Coordinating application and selection processes for funding initiatives. Supporting program monitoring and reporting, including data collection and evaluation. Assisting in the preparation of program documentation, communications, and materials. Supporting relationship management with partners, grantees, and stakeholders. Ensuring the smooth delivery of virtual and in-person program activities. The coordinator role is essential for maintaining the operational excellence of the Ignita initiative, enabling the team to deliver impactful programming while nurturing strong partnerships with funders and grassroots organizations.
