Strengthening Feminist Grantmaking Across Asia Women’s Fund Asia operates as a regional feminist funding organization working across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asia. Grants Strategy Associate: Bridging Strategy and Implementation The Grants Strategy Associate role is designed for professionals who can connect high-level strategy with practical implementation in grantmaking programmes. Key responsibilities include: Supporting grant portfolios across South Asia, Southeast Asia, or East Asia Engaging directly with grantee partners and feminist organizations Contributing to resource mobilization and funding strategies Supporting communication and reporting across programmes Aligning grant implementation with organizational priorities This position is intended for candidates with strong analytical, coordination, and partnership-building skills in the development or nonprofit sector. Grants Administrator: Supporting Systems and Operational Excellence The Grants Administrator role focuses on ensuring smooth and effective grant operations across all programmes. Core responsibilities include: Managing grant documentation and data systems Supporting administrative workflows and compliance processes Maintaining accurate records across funding portfolios Strengthening internal coordination and reporting systems Enhancing operational efficiency across regional programmes The role is suited to candidates with strong organizational, administrative, and data management capabilities. Commitment to Inclusion and Marginalized Communities Women’s Fund Asia has reiterated its strong commitment to equity and inclusion in its recruitment process.
