About MiracleFeet MiracleFeet is a global nonprofit dedicated to eliminating one of the world’s leading causes of physical disability: untreated clubfoot. More than two million children are currently living with the long-term consequences of untreated clubfoot, and at least 175,000 babies are born with the condition each year. Thanks to the Ponseti method, a non-surgical treatment that costs less than $500 per child, 95 percent of cases can be fully corrected. Since 2010, MiracleFeet has expanded access to this life-changing treatment through a scalable model supported by custom monitoring and evaluation tools. The organisation has provided quality treatment to more than 121,000 children in 526 clinics across 39 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. Yet fewer than one in five children still has access to treatment, making the need for systemic integration urgent. Culture and Team MiracleFeet’s global team includes health professionals, social entrepreneurs, program managers, data specialists, and activists.
