This role offers a rare opportunity to directly translate research into life-saving interventions, impacting millions of children globally. By improving the use of Oral Rehydration Solution and Zinc (ORSZ), Clear Solutions aims to prevent over 90% of diarrhoeal deaths in children under five a goal that relies on rigorous data analysis and actionable insights. About Clear Solutions Clear Solutions is a small but high-impact organization operating across Europe and Nigeria. In its first two years, it reached approximately 95,000 children and aims to scale to over one million children by 2027. Clear Solutions values innovation, agility, and evidence-driven decision-making, offering team members the chance to make a measurable social impact while developing professionally in a dynamic virtual environment. Role Overview The Research & Impact Evaluation Lead will ensure Clear Solutions’ programs are evidence-based and highly effective. Technical Translation & Reporting Author clear internal and external reports that communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Support decision-making through evidence-based recommendations for program scaling and improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s/MPH/MSc preferred). 2+ years of professional or academic experience in M&E, quantitative research, or impact evaluation, ideally in public health or international development. Proficiency in R or Python for data cleaning, analysis, and statistical modeling. Solid understanding of quantitative research methodologies, including household-level sampling strategies, power calculations, and causal inference models. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Bonus Skills: Experience with SurveyCTO, Kobo Toolbox, or ODK GIS experience using QGIS or ArcGIS Prior experience in global health or social impact contexts Work Conditions Contract Type: Contractor, 18 months initial term (possible extension).
